Haydenever Studio

Haydenever will be offering a workshop on Sunday, October 18, from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM.

MOODBOARD WORKSHOP

Haydenever, a video game master's graduate with a passion for character, creature, art direction, and world design, offers a moodboard workshop to learn how to find, reference, and justify your sources before starting a creation.

Centered around several given themes and following a quick overview of tips and tricks for finding your sources, you will create a moodboard for a character, environment, creature, or art direction (your choice), while learning to recognize your influences and justify them. The goal is to try to learn to think beyond personal feelings and preconceived notions, in order to better master the subjects we approach and depict—so that the choice to stay realistic or fully stylize remains consciously ours!

Duration: 45 mins

Registration will open on October 1, 2026, and the number of spots is limited to 10 per workshop. You must have a festival entry ticket (day or weekend pass) to book, as your order number will be required on the registration form.
