Immerse yourself in the poetic and colorful world of Jade Michelon during a workshop at the heart of the Yllustratown festival.

For 45 minutes, Jade will open the doors to her studio and share every step of creating an image, using her latest creation—published as a puzzle with a publishing house—as a common thread.

• The secrets of an image: From the brief to the final composition, discover how to structure a drawing designed for a puzzle.
• Live gouache demonstration: Learn to master this iconic traditional medium (water ratio, control of flat tints and gradients, and choice of materials).
• From drawing to object: Understand the constraints of publishing, from the digital file to the proof (BAT) and the final print.
• Interactive Q&A: Dedicated time to ask all your questions about the freelance illustration profession and painting techniques.
